Subject: QSO Party 2020 Update

In the June-July Section news I listed the dates for the QSO Party
incorrectly. The correct dates are Aug 29-30.  Also, don't overlook Six
Meters. There may be operators there that need a county or grid on that
band.

Here is a special message from Bob-W0BH, Q Party Coordinator:

We're ready to go for Kansas QSO Party 2020!  60 1x1 call operators, ten
mobiles and a record ten portable stations are once again covering all
105 counties.  Brand new in the last few days is the "M for Medical
Challenge" in appreciation of all the medical heroes who help us through
the COVID-19 pandemic.  

As a quick final hint, you might consider operating the Kansas QRP
category which hasn't seen much action in the past.  N0JK won the
category with one contact last year!  We also have a new Kansas Youth
category which replaces the Kansas School category.  And if it's your
first time entering the KSQP, you'll be eligible for the Kansas Rookie
Award!  Check out the Rules for more information.

Find the information and 2020 KSQP Rules on the KSQP web site:
http://ksqsoparty.org/.  We are part of the State QSO Party Challenge as
well.  Use the Activate a County link to let us know when and where
you'll be on.  Sending in a log if you make even one contact enters you
in a drawing to win our famous KSQP T-shirt monogrammed with your call. 
We'll likely draw more than one name this year!

The Kansas QSO Party wouldn't happen without our great sponsors which
