[MCARC] Permission Granted

[Farren Constable]

Just heard back from Rick Stoll this morning.  John Smith, who I don't
know, granted permission for us to proceed with our plans.  Rick says
there's an active cable modem in the building that we can plug into but
it's up to us to supply a router.  I haven't asked for any details on IP's
-- Rick's not much for extended texting conversations.  I figure we'll
figure it out and make whatever we have work.
