James, NB0Z has stepped down as QKS Manager after
14 years of dedicated service to the Kansas Section
and National Traffic System. His work life has changed
and precludes his daily involvement in Amateur Radio.
James was also our liaison to Tenth Region Traffic Net,
bringing messages in and taking messages out of Kansas.

QKS (our CW net) meets nightly at 7PM and 10PM on 3.547 MHz 

Our QSO Party is August 28-29.  
Operating times are: Saturday 9A to 9P and Sunday 9A to 3P.

Reno County ARA and Valley Center ARC hamfests are both 
cancelled for this year. Both clubs are looking forward to holding 
their respective events in 2021.

Always looking for fun things to do with Ham Radio, South East Kansas
ARC is holding another Special Event this fall. Quoting from their
website ”Radio Fun Week is a new laid back amateur radio special event
held from September 11 to 19th, 2020. The goal of this special event is
to celebrate amateur radio and all of it's amazing awesomeness!” More
