Subject: Item Missed in the Oct. Midwest Newsletter

Too late I discovered that I inadvertently left out a short article on
the W0O Halloween Special Event Station. Below is the article by Kent
Trimble, K9ZTV, MMARC Special Event Chairman:

W0O will once again shiver the airwaves on Halloween from the only known
Frankenstein in the United States.

Sponsored by the Mid-MO Amateur Radio Club of Jefferson City, Missouri,
witches and warlocks will be pounding brass and modulating sidebands on
frequencies found via the spotting networks beginning 1900 GMT on the
31st and ending sometime later that evening.

As always, a unique 2019 edition QSL will be available upon receipt of
YOUR properly filled-out QSL and an SASE (#10 envelope unless you like
folded cards).

Further details can be found on the W0O page on QRZ.com.

73's,
Rod, K0DAS
