[MCARC] Extra class question pool expires 30 June 2020

The current question pool for Amateur Extra exams will expire as of 30
June 2020.  At this time I'm not sure how much the question pool will
change is it is currently under review by the Question Pool Committee.
While the overall material likely won't change all that much, questions
referenced in study guides may well change.

What this means is that anyone considering an upgrade to Amateur Extra
class may do so with current study guides until the end of June.  Even
though we've not held an exam session for a while, the MCARC VE team is
eager to hold exam sessions!  At this time we're considering doing any
sessions after our dinner meetings on the 3rd Tuesday of each month at a
location to be determined.

In the next couple of weeks I plan to update the MCARC exam schedule
