[MCARC] Marshall/Washington counties storm spotter training

It looks like I won't have far to go to attend this year's NWS spotter
training for Marshall County as it will be at the Bremen firehouse.
Washington County will be at the 1st National Bank in Washington.

See attached image.

(Yes, I'm up because of some booming from west of here starting about an
hour ago.)
