[MCARC] Lion's park is the location for FD 2018

Good news: 
The person who reserved both shelters for Sunday is canceling therefore I was able to reserve the south shelter for the MCARC for Saturday and Sunday. 
Meet @ 9:00 ???? 
I will bring donuts. 

The solar activity is up and the SFI is expected to be in the 80's (which is was last night) so propagation should be better than bleak. It has been running in the upper 60's with an occasional low 70's
