[MCARC] Field Day location may have to change

I discovered that the person who has reserved the shelters at Lion's park is out of town today and will be back tomorrow. I will visit them at their work qth in the AM and have an answer to the rest of you shortly after that.

Personally, I would much prefer a shortened event at Lions Park than to 
be situated right next to the highway.
