[MCARC] Repeater

I talked to Emergency Manager today. He just knew there were multiple
repeaters. One of his employees for another part of the EM's main job even
mentioned a couple that may or may not be unplugged. I did inquire about
brand, but they did not know. I thought if I knew what you have suggested,
I could do some internet searching. I'll probably try to see next week when
the weather cools. Don't think wanted to leave AC today plus sure there is
travel to site and ones in charge most likely wouldn't let me do by myself.
