[MCARC] 2020 salina hamfest note

I saw a note in the W0CY.org were the ARRL has expressed a desire to have a regional convention where the MO state and KS state would combined and that it might be hosted in the greater KC area. That might be an improvement in both of the hamfests. I expect the folks in the western KS or eastern MO to moan a little.
