Operating from the Historic Hollenberg Pony Express Station

1 mile east of Hanover KS on Hwy 243

Amateur Radio Station KØASA will operate as an 1860s-style Telegraph 
Office during the annual Hollenberg Pony Express Station Festival.

Frequencies: 3.545, 7.045, 14.045 & 14.285 MHz.

Certificate awarded.

Sponsored by the Crown Amateur Radio Association, Olathe KS.

To make it easier for Kansas hams to find us, KØASA will be operating on 
80m at 11 am and 2 pm CDT as well as at other unscheduled times.

Operated by the Kansas State Historical Society, this Pony Express 
Station is thought to be the only Pony Express station in the nation 
that has been preserved and left on the original location.

The festival includes early-American exhibits and activities.
