Hurricane Watch Net will activate Tuesday 5 Sep at 1400 Hrs eastern. Please begin listening watch monitoring for potential information relevant to DOD.
Below information received from FEMA this evening regarding HF freqs and repeaters in the Virgin Islands. FEMA is sending this information to the FCC. Note FEMA callsigns that will be used.
Also note that 60 meter channel 1 is designated as primary.

September XX, 2017 - Until Further Notice
FEMA Regions XXXX will be activating the 5 MHz/60-meter band frequencies in support of possible response to Hurricane Irma on the dates listed above. The following suppressed carrier reference frequencies, also known as dial frequencies or window frequencies, 5330.5 kHz, 5346.5 kHz, 5357.0 kHz, 5371.5 kHz, and 5403.5 kHz as part of the event.
FEMA Region 2 could be using call signs KF2EMA or WGY9022 and FEMA Region 4 will be using KF4EMA or WGY9024 throughout their respective regions (including Puerto Rico and US Virgin Islands for Region 2).
