Hmmm... I see Dorman C. Craven, Hillsdale, as W0TCW?
K0TCV is not showing up in any of the databases I use, but KN0TCV does!
Mildred M. Turner from Waterville.
Perhaps she wasn't able to upgrade within the short period allowed.
