[MCARC] Exam session Frebruary 21

As we have a request to conduct a paperwork upgrade for an operator, I
am scheduling an exam session to immediately follow this month's club
meeting on February 21.  The session should begin around 8 to 8:15 PM.

In addition to the applicant above, I will open the session to anyone
who would like to take an exam for a new license or to upgrade their
present license.  I ask that you make your intentions known to me by
Sunday February 19 so I have enough time to have exams prepared.
