[MCARC] Extra exam pool changes 1 July

The Extra class exam question pool will be updated effective 1 July
2016.  I'm not certain of how extensive the changes are, so if you have
a study guide for the current pool,it may be wise to sit for an exam
before the new pool takes effect.

We have one meeting scheduled before July 1st which is June 21st by my
calendar.  Anyone wishing to take the Extra, or any other exam, should
let me know ASAP.  Due to meeting time now being at 7:30 PM, the exam
session would begin immediately following the meeting.  Approximately
8:15 PM or so.
