[MCARC] MCARC Membership

Mike, ACØI had sent me an email regarding membership for Carla Scheller.  I remembered she was one of the people given a life membership years ago.  When I looked for a copy of the revised ByLaws I also found a copy of the minutes from the meeting at which 7 people were awarded a life membership.  What are the chances of that?  Ron and Carla continued to make a $20 donation every once in a while. Ron recently paid me with two $10 rolls of quarters.  Attached should be two pdf files, the bylaws and minutes from the meeting when life memberships were granted.
