[MCARC] Testing the 444.350 repeater

I have the 444.350 repeater on the air from here in my shack since
yesterday evening.  The antenna is my Comet GP1 at 30 feet on the tower
so I don't expect range to be too great.  It is transmitting a voice
beacon about once every half hour so you can listen for it for a while.
It requires a CTCSS tone of 88.5 Hz to access.

At some point in the next few months, Fred and I hope to get it back on
the elevator.
