[MCARC] 147.285 test results

Dave, Mike, and myself met at the 147.285 repeater in Home City this
afternoon to evaluate things.  Our tests revealed there is a problem
with the antenna system.  At this time we're not sure if it is the
feedline or antenna.

At the input of the hardline we get the following readings:

Forward power:      16.5 Watts
Reflected power:     5.4 Watts
VSWR:                3.67:1
Return loss:         4.85 dB

In other words, not good at all.  Ideally we'd like to see the VSWR
under 1.5:1 or lower and the return loss at least 15 dB or higher.

As our next club meeting is this coming Tuesday, August 16, we will
discuss our options then.
