[MCARC] Extra class exam pool updates 1 July 2016

This is a reminder.

For those who have been thinking about upgrading to Extra, now is the
time to hit the books before the pool change takes effect on July 1.  We
have two more club meetings scheduled prior to that date and thus two
opportunities to conduct exam sessions after the meetings in May and
June.

I'd also encourage any other upgrades and prospective licensees to sit
for exams as well as both meetings are prior to Field Day and what
better way to exercise those new privileges than with a new ticket in
hand on Field Day?

Your local VE team is ready and willing to provide you with an
opportunity to expand your amateur radio horizons!
