[MCARC] Kansas ARRL convention, August 16

The Kansas ARRL convention is two weeks from tomorrow in Salina.  See

Of course, one does not need to be an ARRL member to attend.  This is
the annual gathering of radio amateurs in Kansas and some from
surrounding states.
