[MarinTeams] Marin Emergency Radio Authority (MERA)

Hi All,

I wonder if anybody got some insight into this topic

I used to monitor MERA <https://www.meraonline.org/> (/Marin Emergency 
Radio Authority)/

using an Uniden HomePatrol-1! worked great in Novato... I had this 
offline for a while and now it seems no longer to work (can't pickup any 
communication from them)

I may have missed it... did they switch to encrypted digital 
communication/trunks?

Thoughts?
