[MarinTeams] $35 computer

Im have a number of RPI4 on the mesh network. the struggle is real, it is
impossible to GET a RPI4. I have been on a list for ~ 6 months and
don't expect to see it until the end of the year. Then on top of that I
have to populate the device with power, flash/ storage and a heatsink case.
45$ looks really good!!! I don't expect to have a super computer! I've
already made a choice to not render video with anything less than a rpi4,
my preference is for an NUC with an intel CPU like an intel i7 / i9.
