[MarinTeams] Beginner's Class Preparation Class for the February 13 Amateur Radio Exam canceled

Unfortunately, I will not be able to conduct the Beginner's Class in
preparation for the February 13 Amateur Radio exam.  The exam is still on
schedule, and we plan to hold a Communications class which is open to
licensed amateurs following the February exam.
