[MarinTeams] Results delayed from June 14 VE Exam

The ARRL VEC office reports the Post Office has still not delivered our June
14 test information, even though it was sent by Priority Mail on Monday
morning, June 15.   The delay is one of the longest since we have been
conducting VE exams over the last 20 years.  We still hope they will receive
the information so that it can be processed before Field Day weekend.
