To candidates wishing to upgrade their Amateur Radio license:

Please bring 2 forms of ID (driver's license, one other), FRN number, and
$15 cash.  You will also need to bring a paper copy of your existing license
to submit with your application.
The exam will be held Saturday, November 9, 1:00PM at Novato Community
Hospital, Medical Building 165 (Wilkes-Wiesman meeting room).  The main
Hospital is located at 180 Rowland Way, Novato CA 94945.
