[MarinTeams] Field Day time and date

Jim Barker wrote to correct times I listed for this weekend's Field Day.
Field Day is always the fourth full weekend of June, beginning at 1800 UTC
Saturday and running through 2059 UTC Sunday.

By my unruly calculations, UTC is +7 hours PDT, which makes the start of
Field Day 11:00AM Saturday.  Field Day stops at 12:00 Noon Sunday.
