Join us this Thursday from 5:30 - 7:30pm in the second of a series of
four communication classes in our ongoing communications training.  The
classes offer a first introduction to radio, and we hope a fun introduction
to radio communications.  We will have our Basic Training Manual and ICS
manual available.  There is no charge for the class which is open to all
licensed amateur radio operators.

We discuss the basics of radio operation, direct and through a repeater, and
how to set up your transceiver (virtually every model is unique).  This is a
great class to attend if you are just getting started and are unsure what
benefits our Team Radio program has to offer.

The classes will be held at the San Rafael City Library meeting room on the
first floor.  The San Rafael City Library is located at the corner of "E"
and Mission Streets in downtown San Rafael.
