To whom this may concern, unfortunately I must not take the ham radio
class, because I am a convicted felon. I had my CDC number discharged in
2008, for non violent offenses. It has taken a lot of work to get
rehabilitated and someone did identity theft to me in 1994 before I ever
got in trouble. My specialty is
