A number of announcements have expressed concern over the impending storms
this weekend.  A description from NOAA of their forecasts indicates they
describe conditions with a probability of 10% in order to avoid the
occurrence of a weather condition without any sort of advanced warning.  One
of the concerns in this present storm system is the possibility, however
remote, that the storm will stall over our area.
As with a previous storm, now is the time to check supplies, recharge
batteries and make general preparations for winter conditions.  We're in a
good position to establish a neighborhood network should conditions warrant.
