[MarinTeams] CERT Radio Class Tonight

		We are meeting this Thursday night, May 5th, at Trinity Community Church.
		for ongoing communications training.  The class tonight is Message Handling.

		The address of the church is 1675 Grand Ave., San Rafael.   The classroom
		is on the west side of the church, down a small flight of steps.

		With the growing use of ICS protocol and forms by many organizations,
		use of our standard message protocol needs to include the ability to
		send messages on forms provided by other organizations.  In the last
		Message Handling Class, this new approach was presented.
	
		If you were not able to come to the Message Handling Class last time, whether
		for the first time, or as a refresher, please join us.
