mailing list.  The message was generated based the suggestion of one of the
attendees during our Tuesday Exercise/Workshop where an example CERT Digital
network was demonstrated. Although this message is readable in this plain
text form, it is normally viewed and printed in an ICS-213 message form.
The text was typed into the program that can be used to send and receive a
variety of ICS/HICS and other standard formatted messages.  Form information
can also be split into segments that can be import to a database or
spreadsheet.
