[MarinTeams] Novato Radio Test 10/1/12

			The next radio test is in Novato, Monday, October 1, just a few days
			away..  We need additional volunteers to allow a comprehensive test.	
		        Novato is large geographically and in terms of population!

			The test will be from 8:00 AM to 12:00PM.  For those who also participated
			in the San Rafael test Saturday, the procedures will be mainly similar.  Where
			possible we will work in teams of two-one operator and one scribe.  There
			is a lot going on during the test, and a scribe is really needed.

			Saturday morning was busy, the test provided a lot of useful information and 
			was very interesting for everyone.

			If you can help, let me know.  If you can participate, and have a friend who
			would  like to be your scribe (including non-radio people) let me know.
