[MarinTeams] Radio Tests San Rafael and Novato

		The radio tests for both days were very successful and produced useful information
		about the reach of 5 watt radios on simplex frequencies in these two areas.  The
		information will be combined with tests in southern Marin and west Marin.  A report will
		summarize the results, and maps will be prepared to show the connections.

		Thank you to all the participants of both tests.  Your work and willingness to give a
		a morning (some two) and concentrated effort to the project were key to the successful
		results

		Thanks to Bill Smith for demonstrating the effectiveness of CERT Radio protocol, and
		that directed net procedures result in a smooth and efficient flow of information.

		Thanks to both Bill and to Vivian Cohen for their work and great help in planning the
		exercise.
