[MarinTeams] Hamilton Clubhouse Closed

		Bill Smith has asked me to let you know that the Coast Guard closed the
		Clubhouse today.  Their position is that the building is unsafe due to
	        asbestos.   

		Hamilton Wireless Association has until December 31, 2012 to remove
		everything.  

		There is a storage space available for the equipment at Mare Island
		and Bill will be planning for packing and transporting everything.   He will
		not be able to use his computers or other office equipment for some time.
		He will need to find a new location for the Novato repeater.

		HWA will need a meeting location suitable for classes and one for office
		space. If a space could provide for both it would be ideal.

		If you had been considering a donation to Hamilton Wireless Association,
		this would be a good time-the cost of moving and relocating will be
		high.

		Although the Coast Guard had notified Bill Smith of their intent to 
		close the building by 12/31/12, HWA was still hopeful of countering
		their concerns and being able to stay.  The closing today was
		unexpected and without prior notice.

		Although Bill Smith won't be able to receive emails, you can
		still use the marinteams email address above and the emails
		will be given to him.
