[MarinTeams] Japanese Earthquake / Tsunami

At 1:30am (local) a Tsunami watch has been issued for the California coast.  Reportedly, estimated time of arrival may be around 8:00pm.  Large breaker waves are forecast.

The attachment from the noaa center estimates time of propagation based on the time the earthquake was recorded.
