The DC3 committee is the Marin Operational Area Disaster and Citizens Corps Council, a permanent subcommittee of the Marin County Board of Supervisors.  The Council is headed by Supervisor Susan Adams.  They meet quarterly and coordinate emergency response programs throughout the County.
