[MarinTeams] Correction - Monday Evening CERT Radio Frequency

Once again I have mixed up the cross band 440 frequency.  The correct
frequency is 438.300 with a PL of 100.  Note this is a simplex configuration
with a PL.

Our on air practice continues, tonight (each Monday) from 7:00pm - 7:30pm.
Look forward to hearing your on the K6BW repeater - Novato (146.775 - pl
127.3).

In Mill Valley, access Novato K6BW through the cross band repeater.  The
cross band frequency is 438.300 (simplex) with a PL of 100.0.

Access K6BW from (146.775 - pl 110.9) to check in using the Mill Valley
repeater.   Please wait until a call is made using the Mill Valley system to
avoid interference between the two repeaters.  We are working to expand and
improve the system, but for the moment, there are still flagmen needed to
manage the traffic.  :-)
