Folks,

It has come to pass that there are too many of us for everyone to get
practice time on Monday evenings.

That is precisely why we are practicing!  One can easily extrapolate and say
that in an emergency, there will be too much activity for everyone to get
their message across.  We need to know how to adapt, to set up sub-nets and
use simplex frequencies and be familiar with other techniques so that we
will be able to deliver on our promise - that of providing excellent
communications.

How do we take the next step?  One big way is to raise the issue at our
weekly Thursday night Communications class meetings.  Have you attended
recently?  We need to continue to work together to develop the resource we
all know we want.  Our program is growing and we are meeting new challenges.

We need all of us to make it work!
