Dear Patricia,
Thank you for your email. Will changes to the spreadsheet.
I am sending 2 documents that are just guilines. We do want to send priority messages once we connect, or as we connect individually.
I am not of the idea of extreme scripting. This will allow us to learn to communicate based on what is truly the emergency and of course teach us to think on our feet during disaster. Hence the more we practice, the more we can clean up the bugs in the communications.
