[MarinTeams] List repaired

Hi All,

We have had trouble with the Marin Teams list, which has been corrected
by essentially starting the list over again.  Our 80-member list is
comprised of CERT Radio volunteers and those who have expressed an
interested in CERT Radio.

My apologies if you have not received previous notices and messages.
The list is available to everyone, and you are encouraged to ask
questions and leave comments.  Simply address an email to
marinteams at mailman.qth.net  and your email will be distributed to all 80
members of the list.

Current CERT Radio activities consist of Communications classes held
each Thursday evening from 7:00pm to 9:00pm at Building 549, Hamilton
Field.  All are encouraged to attend the classes, although they are
oriented toward those who have acquired an Amateur Radio license and
obtained a VHF two-way radio.  This Thursday's class will discuss how to
compose a written message on a form and transfer the message over radio.

We also meet weekly with on-air radio practice from our homes starting
on the K6BW repeater on 146.775 (-) 110.9 pl Monday evenings from 7:00pm
to 7:30pm.  Experiments with extending radio coverage has been conducted
using a cross-band repeater on the simplex radio frequency 446.000.

Our next scheduled one-day Amateur Radio License class is February 14
(Valentines Day).  Pre-registration is encouraged.  The cost of the
class is $25 which includes the $15 license examination fee.  If you
