I can be available for the 5 to 6 reading this Thursday. I am not real
clear as to what is to be done, but if you can explain that to me, I
would be glad to help. I also should be able to get to our Thursday
evening meeting by 7:15 and can participate then as well.

We had a great table exercise Thursday night as a rehearsal and check of
the new Terra Linda Practice script.  Changes and updates have been made
to the script and as soon as it has been checked and is ready for
distribution, we will mail it to everyone.

In our class, we were able to read though the script in approximately
two hours.  In the exercise next Thursday, we will read the script
on-air early in the day, then repeat it again later in the day.  Five
readers are needed for each of the two readings.  Everyone needs to
participate.  If you wish, you can volunteer as both net control
operator and script reader at the same time.

We need to set times to start the script, which will depend on when
volunteers are available.  The first reading should begin either in the
morning or early afternoon, the second reading should start late
afternoon or in the evening.

Thanks to everyone who attended last Thursday's class, and thank you for
the messages from those who had other commitments.  We all can't attend
every meeting, but am delighted that so many will be present in the
exercise.  We still have a number of open spots for Net Control.  Please
let me know when you can volunteer.
