[MarinTeams] Building 549 Open Tonight

If you have any questions or are working on a favorite project, bring it by
the clubhouse tonight.  Building 549 is open from 6:30 to later in the
evening.

New kit - a SoftRock vs 6.2 40/80 1-watt short wave CW/SSB transceiver for
40 or 80 meters.  It is a Software Defined Radio (SDR) design.  Right now,
it looks like lots of parts.
