> an Amateur Radio License Class Saturday, November 10.  A study session
> will begin 9:00am., with a test to obtain your  license scheduled at
1:00pm.
> You will be given a booklet with  questions and correct answers which we
ask
> you to read up to the time of the test.  Experience indicates virtually
> everyone who reads the materials passes the test.

> Once you obtain your Amateur Radio license, we ask you to purchase a
two-way
> radio. Cost of the radio ranges between $125 and $180. Our recommended
radio
> is in the $180 range.
>
> We also hold ongoing communications classes to assist you with using your
> radio.
>
> If you know any CERT member(s) who would like to join us in our Radio
group,
> please let them know about the class!

> Pre-registration is necessary. If you are participating in the Ham and
Cram
> course, send $25 to

> Field Main Gate. Turn right into Hamilton onto Main Gate Drive.

> If you are traveling from the north, take the Hamilton Field exit and turn
> right and take the overpass over Highway 101. Take the first right and
> continue down the frontage road (Nave Drive) through two stoplights until

> Continue on Main Gate Drive through one stoplight until you pass over a
