Thanks for resending, Bill.

I like ³DART Radio² to keep the identity of the communications arm of
neighborhood disaster response connected to the overall DART program while
providing quick differentiation.  In addition maybe we have our DART stand
for Disaster Amateur Radio Team or Disaster Area Radio Team...
