12 volts x 12 amps = 144 watts.  Used 150 watts for planning purposes.
Understand the transceiver doesn't use full juice from the power supply.

Sounds good, lets see what others have to say.  There are two groups, the
Hamilton Wireless Association and the CERT Radio Volunteers.
