[MarinTeams] Issued Call Signs

Thanks Bill.

KI6IYU still trying to decide which radio to get.  From researching the 
description of the recommendations I much prefer the VX170 to the VX150/64B 
as far as handheld go, but not sure if I want a hand held our mobile.

I seem to have read from the description that all the recommended radios only 
receive in the 2 meter band.  is that correct.
