Tue Oct 14 - Very early arrivals (intended for international travelers to arrive and have a chance to rest)

Wed Oct 15 - Early arrivals - Early tours (check the tour package options), rover operations (for those who bring a radio if they can)

Thu Oct 16 -
   
   - All day - Arrivals
   - 9am - Pima Air and Space Museum Tour
   - 4pm - Conference Check In desk outside Ballroom A at the Conference center

Friday Oct 17 - Ballroom A
   
   - 8am - Check in 
   - 8am - Light Breakfast
   - 9am - Presentations
   - 10am - Vendor Room Opens (behind Ballroom A) closes at 4pm
   - Noon - Box Lunch + Mini Raffle
   - 1pm -3pm Presentations
   - 30 min Break
   - 3:30pm - Presentations
   - 6pm - Mini Raffle

Friday Oct 17 - Evening on the town - Hospitality Suite opens at ~9pm

Saturday Oct 18 - Ballroom A
   
   - 6am - Mini SWAP (Bring your stuff! Table reservations are $10/table)
   - 8am - Light Breakfast 
   - 9am - Presentations
   - 10am - Vendor Room Opens (shuts down at 4pm)
   - Noon - Box Lunch + Mini Raffle
   - 1pm - 3pm Presentations
   - 30 min Break
   - 3:30pm -  Presentations
   - 7pm Bar Opens
   - 8pm Banquette & Main Speaker Presentation - Marc from "@CuriousMarc" YouTube content creator
   - 10:30pm HUGE MEGA RAFFLE GIVEAWAY - (must be present to win, see the full rules elsewhere)

Saturday Evening - Hospitality Suite opens at the conclusion of the Huge Mega Raffle Giveaway

Sunday Oct 19 - Travel Day - Airport shuttles will depart from the hotel lobby approximately every hour
