[MAMS] No W9SNR/R for Aug UHF

This Saturday is the West Central Illinois Hamfest in Carlinville, IL.  I
will be involved with that throughout the day.  I plan to be QRV late
afternoon and evening on Saturday and all day Sunday.  Possibly even on 10
GHz on Sunday from EM59.
