[MAMS] FS: HP 430C

The HP430C is not an amplifier, its a power meter using a simple 
bolometer or thermistor head that is not temperature compensated so the 
zero drits a lot. Heat from the palm of a hand is plenty to move the 
zero setting. Some heads used a 1 ma fuse that had a bit of platinum 
wire for the sensing element. That simplicity has some value today.
