[MAMS] Doing some operating

The winter here has been rough and I haven't felt like going ot any
hilltops for Microwave Activity Days or otherwise. But it looks like Spring
may actually get here soon. Maybe in April I'll get out for MAD. I've been
working on a new transverter for 1296 MHz using the W1GHZ transverer
boards. The one I built for 902/3 does very well, so I hope the 1296 one
does also. I'm using a phase-locked 96 MHz LO with it. I'll want to test it
when I get it done.
